We like to make software for the real world, and that means that any script we make, we want to make it for someone that is actually going to use it, rather than creating a script and hoping it is useful. Our software is well designed and well coded. We are professionals that have real world experience. So we're offering our professional services to make a script that you want made. We usually charge $88 an hour for our services, but because we intend on reselling the script we are making, we are offering to make a script for you at $8/hour (+ 10% GST if you're from Australia). To give you an idea, Photography Orders took us 130 hours, so that would be $1040 (as opposed to $10,400). We have a preference for simple feature sets and features that work solidly and well. We have a few conditions: We retain rights to the script. So we can resell the script, and you cant The script has to have some appeal to other uses. IE, we aren't going to code a system that nobody else will ever want to use We will be writing the script in PHP and MySQL We can give an estimate but we aren't going to give you a fixed price. We make good software and we don't want to be restricted We only want to work with good english speakers (preferably native) We want some editorial control over the features that go in. We aren't going to build in highly specific feature sets (ie: scrape cj.com or similar) On the plus side for you, you don't have to pay until it's done, so there's no risk for you. The other limitation is that we are starting this script today. We need someone that is ready to start NOW.
