Buying Expert PHP/MySQL Programmer wanted with Framework knowledge

    I want to make a php script for Buy Sell sites. It will be a mid range script with lots of options. So i need an Expert programmer who can handle this task properly and timely. I am Thinking to build it with a Framework. I prefer Laravel, bootstrap and Sencha.
