    There is no "Get It Quick!" for this wonderful tool. To really get comfortable in Photoshop you are going to need to use it. One of the easiest and free ways to learn are the 1000's of tutorials available online. Check out these sites to get started:

    I found http://psd.tutsplus.com/ useful when I was still new to Photoshop.

    Now I am not an expert but I know how to get around :)

    I think compared with online video, going to lessons with the help of a teacher will be better.
    In addition, you need to do exercise frequently, or you will forget them just like me:)
