I am available for development work of any size. My ideal client is one who has a great idea that needs implementing and just can't do it themselves for one reason or another. They are upbeat and joyful about their work and love to bring others in to help out. He is cooperative and listens to advice given by the experts around them. I'm working on getting some reviews from DP members that I have worked with in the past, so you will be able to see first hand how satisfied people are with my work. I program mainly in PHP/mySQL/Javascript, but am also proficient in Actionscript. I have spent years working with valid HTML/CSS so that is not a problem if you need templates developed. I am also currently working on a project using the SMARTY template system, so I am beginning that phase as well.
