Several decades ago the US government set up an experts committee on how to respond to extra terrestrials beeings (aliens), if the aliens happened to land on our planet. The conclusion from the committee was immediate elimination of any E.T's. Anyone remember the name of the committee/project or the name of the leader of that committee?
