Experiencing Very Low CTR on my dental Blog with targeted visitors

    Can someone plz review my ad placement on my blog and guide me on how to get a bttr CTR.

    Blog Address : Dental Surgeon BLOG

    I get around .75$ to 1.5 $ per click so the keywords and the advertisers are all fine, content related ads are displayed.

    I get traffic mostly from forums and Google, Yahoo and Bing. Small amount of traffic also comes over to my blog from Facebook.

    Still I get a CTR of .2 % and sometimes even .05%.

    Plz help me right now even info-links is making me more than Google Adsense.

    Also i would like to know should i keep working on this blog or should just leave it.

    ads are in good position...and i think low ctr is good

    I don't like the one on top I would put a box better, and you have to fix the "Who am I" section the letters are messed up.
