Buying Experienced WP plugin developer is needed

Hello,

I need an experienced WP plugin developer.

If you are very good at PHP/MySql but have no WP plugin experience you can still apply but I would prefer that you do.

I need to create a clone of an existing plugin with extra functionality.
I would prefer to work through an outsourcing site like eLance or RAC(Rent a Coder) so a profile there is already a plus. This will put both of us at ease and feeling secure


I prefer a fixed amount rather than an hourly rate and the money will be escrowed to RAC or eLance

I would prefer if you will be available in the future for upgrades and initial support as well as future projects. I am looking for a long-term cooperation.

PLEASE this is a serious project (in the hundreds) and i need someone to have solid WP plugin experience.
If you don't then it's not the time to learn !
