Buying Experienced PHP Programmer for Wordpress

    Hi, I'm looking for an experienced php programmer that will work for my site from time to time. I will not hire anyone that is from Asia (india, pakistan, indonesia, ...etc). You should get my point. You must have excellent English communication skills.
