Hi Searching to hire an PHP developer who can develop me a copycat (functions) of this small contest website This site is not original at all but the targeted dev must exactly fit with this model (topic may be totally different) Dev must be PHP with controls when the user enter data (like on the site in the link). And we need to store in a database aside it's data itself, date, hour and if possible ip adress of the user (for regulations issues) I'll take care of the background graphics and header/button of the form.
