Experienced Marketer? Company possibly?

    I'm looking for some guidance on how to find an individual or a company to help me maximize the earning potential on my site. I'm signed up with all kinds of advertisers like Google, Yahoo, Adbrite, etc... I'm looking for an individual or company to help with the best ad placements, best ways to make more money from what I have and things like that.

    I just don't have the time to do the guess and test to figure out what works best, I need someone to do this for me with experience.

    Are there places like this out there? Does anyone have any experience with any of them?
