Projects with higher bids get higher priority. If you have a very low bid your project may be accepted if I have a lot of free time on my hands or it's interesting. Payments are accepted through PayPal only. Payment is not required until the project is complete. I have years of experience working with PHP, MySQL and JavaScript. I also have a couple years experience of C# and MSSQL. I run my own servers so accepted projects will have their own temporary sub domain running on either IIS (C#) or Apache (PHP) to allow you to track progress on work.
