I need custom cpalead gateway designed. The previous designer I hired mixed up both dark & light colors in the design such that both dark & light text colors blended with Gateway design. You will need to increase your budget substantially to attract any designers. Are you just wanting to create a sales or landing page with the Gateway related information? I have CPALead experience, not specifically with Gateway, but am well versed in the affiliate world.
