Buying Experienced Coder to Customize an Easy Landing Page Theme

I downloaded and set up the theme from here: https://themeforest.net/item/launchkit-landing-page-marketing-wordpress-theme/11323554

Now I am looking for someone to do some quick customizations. I will provide all the content and designs.

I basically need things like:
-Setting content to full width
-Replacing and placing text/images correctly
-Spacing everything properly
-Replacing backgrounds
-Setting up buttons
-And similar easy tasks
-(optional but would be great) setting up parallax effects for sections similar to http://www.apple.com/iphone-6s/

Essentially it's just customizing a very customization friendly theme with lots of options. It will be set up in a similar manner like apple.com products. However, I need someone experienced in order to minimize time spent on this and also so it's done correctly. I want it to look very clean like apple.com and properly spaced.

Paying $25. Please contact me with past works you've done. Only hiring someone experienced and with clean code/design.

I know mate. But an hourly rate for a professional with clean code and experience is an hourly rate you don't set.

If you as a client is allowed to define the price for the freelancer you hire; then that in itself tells you the freelancer is crap.

 

@cLogik There's a few types of contracts. This is a type with a specific request to customize a template. The developer can decide if it's worth their time to do this to customize one page with the tasks described.

You're right haha, I don't think he will find a great coder for this project with a budget of $25. The developer knows most how difficult a project is.
