Hey G, Depending on your experience and volume the only coach you might need is your account manager at your ad network. (For a moment of shameless self promotion, conveniently I am one) But no really, if you are getting good traffic, your AM should be able to guide you through the best offers to promote for your market...that way your profit share is less sharing and more profit for you. It's really not all that tricky, it's just about finding that "sweet spot" where you have good CRs and EPCs, which honestly is sometimes a lot about AB tests, trial and error, etc. Hope that helps. I say just go out there and googling about internet marketing or affiliate marketing stuff. There are ton's of free information you can get. If you would like to learn about affiliate marketing, I suggest you go to warrior forum or ... You can find many topic about this here in this digital forum.
