I want to make it perfectly clear to you that the report we received from the advertiser for the Ellis leads you supplied depicts incomplete information, only email addresses that are undeliverable and disconnected telephone numbers.
As a result of these circumstances the advertiser determined that the leads were obviously bogus and so far as refused to pay for them. If you can supply a legitimate reason why all of the leads supplied present with these discrepancies I am happy to take this to the advertiser. Pursuant to our Terms and Conditions that you agreed to at the time of signup, the onus is on you to substantiate bona fide results.

This situation has already cost us much wasted time both during the campaign and now continuing. I would prefer to resolve this matter without further delays, accordingly please forward the above information immediately and I'll see what can be done.

I would have also preferred you had contacted me before expressing your venom in the affiliate forums with inaccurate information.

    Seems fishy, on both sides.

On your side: Why are ALL the leads bad? (Assuming they really are).

On their side: They "asked around" and heard about you from other networks - that's a pretty weak position, down right lame.

I know the big money makers do some serious CPA promotion. But if CPA networks can just refuse to pay by saying the leads are all bad I wouldn't invest any serious money in it.

    SUE THEM !!!!

I just wonder why such craps are still runing business ??!!!

Complain to BBB.com, police, whoever you can .. even the tax checkers ...

This is ridiculus .. what does it mean "we asked around and found out that you're a fraud maker .." ?? is that a thing that a serious company will say ? how the hek did they "ask around" ? !!

Also, what does it mean ALL the leads are bad ? Everyone knows that from PPC capmaigns there are perfectly laser-targeted visitors !! present them your adwords bill !

The worst part is that you don't have the signup informations of the customers, so they can mess it up and present it as fraudelent leads ..

but still SHAME ON CPACampaigns for ripping of ppl who work for you and spend their money for you !!!

man .. i really got angry on this one ..

Moreover, if the leads are really fraudelent (which i doubt very very much) , still SHAME on you for not letting your affiliate know about that before he spends lot of money ..

so .. bottom line is CPACampaings are either clear rippers or very bad business, in both cases i already learned to stay away from them

oh man .. i just noticed one more thing .. now this is even more ridiculus ..

dear Bill .. lemme ask you a question .. do you imagine the amount of spam you are about to get because of including this information ? And are you sure you can conduct normal business under that circumstances ?

would you please also include your social security number just in case someone wants to check your criminal backround or something ?

.... why does my nouse smell a noob who wants to grab as much money and run away ?

now judge for yourself .. is this a relayabale company where a customer support guy tells something like "we asked around about you ... " and the mister CEO gives away his personal info in forums ? ...

    qxxxx ...

I donno what is the source of traffic for findbestsite and how he is related .

But My traffic was perfectly from PPC . I did no mistake . The CEO has also verified the Referrer of clicks from the stats.

I have even sent the CEO a screenshot of my adwords account.

I am just waiting for the CEOs reply.
