hello today, first time in my life i try to put an order at amazon.com as i'm not from usa, i put an order (with my non US CC) and as shipping address wrote my mother's USA address (CA/ LA). and decide to contact amazon support and inform about this, as i know, that otherwise my order will go to fraud department. but ... unfortunately, contact form on amazon don't work, or have a bug. tring to send email from my account, and gotting and error btw, there are only 3 fields To: Account: Order: [editable] Issue:[editable] Message:[editable] It's amazing, as if i send email from my account, they can detect my name. second, where customer must put his/her name, if there isn't any such field pust in message textarea? ok i put just text my name is ***. and nothing so, what to do, if i prefer email /contact form, and don't like to call ? any1 have such experience ?
