I wouldn't soley depend on this if you were going to build a niche site on the keywords you listed. Did you test it out for yourself though?

 

everything, these keywords are pefectly useful for people building MFA sites coz those people just want quick money without any efforts..

I stongly believe, not to concentrate on high paying Keywords. Since there will be huge competition if you choose a hight paying keywords. So there will be less chance to make money.

What do u mean by MORE EXPENSIVE..

U mean a single click is worth $X or $XX or $XXX..

My observations is that a keyword may be HIGH PAYING it doesn't mean CLICK on ALL ads related to that keyword will pay high $$.. There may be expensive keywords but only a few ads pay high $$ but remaining ads pay in cents only.

why not splitting those into 4 different themes and develop some sort of crosslinking between those...
