I just aquired a niche Tennis website, which is pretty much the authority site for pro tennis results, rankings, and archives. It is getting very healthy traffic but has never been monetized. The traffic is 100% targeted to its niche: tennis. It is getting and has averaged over the last 5 years 100,000 uniques/mo, 200,000 visits month, 1 million page views/mo and 2.5 mil hits/mo. How much do you think I can monetise this site for. I have a established tennis equipment supplier willing to pay $500/mo for a large top banner on all my pages. Does this seem like a good deal? What would be some other ideas to monetise this type of site with this ammount of traffic? Any thoughts, suggesstions or offers would be appreciated. Thanks
