I'm not new to forums though I'm new to this one. You guys may think I suck at life due to the fact that this may have been brought up before, and I didn't search, but I'm in a hurry!

I just registered a PayPal account, and put a debit card on my account. It's saying I need a Expanded Use Number, but I heard you don't need that if you're just using a debit card.

What do I do to have access to my card so I can use it ASAP?

The Expander Use Number would appear on your credit card statement in the Description for the Paypal transaction. This is used to determine if you are the owner of the card as the owner only have access to the statement. If you do not see the transaction from Paypal, just wait a few days for it to appear if you have online banking access.
