Why am I selling these sites?

Three reasons really, I'm about to change server, my offline work has increased and become extremly long hrs. with a lot of added travel involved, I only have time now to focus on my one main niche because of the above.

These sites are from my pending-tray so to speak and all have potential, waiting patiently on my server for a bit more TLC that I know, I won't have time to give any time soon or will have space to host either.

What I have tended to do in the past is get a site up, do some SEO and leave them to mature, coming back to them as and when I have time and am in the mood leaving the domains to age a little.

All are google listed, have addsense revenue, and have had links sold on them. All have been submited to SE'S (unless stated to be untouched) and are maturish. They just maybe need a bit of promo, and I would normally go back to do this once they have matured but sadely, Im not going to have time for that.

All make and have made money- Im not making any outrageous claims, but some- ask for info.

I guess I have made 1k across the board selling links on them alone when people have approached me- I have never pushed any of these domains for link sales- etc. to date.

Pr2 Good domain but again a bundle of affilites sites joined together slightly customised, pay for domain site free. Has made sales with no promo.
