expand comment text block

    I have a site that I am looking to expand the comment text block on. Can someone please help me with this. I have looked at the css and also the php in the comments.php file and nothing seams to be doing the trick. Any help would be great!

    Increase the number of rows in this line from comments.php:
    <textarea tabindex="4" cols="50" rows="10" id="comment" name="comment"></textarea>
