The website runs on a simple script. I bought the script instead starting from scratch since, I figured there is no sense in reinventing the wheel, but I ended up rewriting more then half of it anyways. W3 Validated Income: The site currently makes very little money, between $.50-$1 a day on average. Traffic Last 7 Days: Visits:460 (Awstats) 289 (G Analytics) From Search Engines (G Analytics): Msn: 100 Yahoo: 65 Google: 54 Total: 224 Asking Price: 1,XXX Reason Selling: I am a full time student and I need money for groceries and beer. (I am serious) It would break my heart to sell this website, because this is like my first "real" website. I've been making websites for years but never made any for myself. (I never realized that until just now) Ending Notes: I believe this is an incredibly fair price. This is not a niche site or a MFA minisite. This is a REAL website, that is on it's way to compete in major market. The website has only just begun to be noticed by search engines in the last couple of weeks and has been going up in rankings everyday. This website has only begun to blossom and has huge potential. The only thing that is holding it back right now is the script, it would be a good idea to move the website to a more user friendly script in the near future.
