ExoClick just blocked my account

A few weeks ago I decided to give them a try. I placed their banners on a small site and I earned some money. I requested a payment of $25 and everithing went smoothly.
Everhing looked fine, so I decidet to place their banners on all my websites. That was done last week.
Today I wasn't able to log in my account

I sent them a message and this is their response

My websites were clear. No pop-ups, no Mobile redirect, no viruses. Only exoclick banners.

 

Hmmmm. They could be trying to help you. For things such as security. There could be hacker trying to login. Thats weird overall though. Because its permanent. I would start a ticket, give them a call. Let me try to login to mine

 

I started a ticket. You can read their answer in the first post.

 

Then try calling it would probably faster and more reliable to talk to another human. Let me know what they said.

 

Well, this is the Email I just got after requesting my first payment from them.

Dear Hasan Oben,

This is Mo from ExoClick Customer Services contacting you in regards to your payment request.

Your request for payment has been declined and we regret to inform you that your publishing account with us has been permanently closed down for security reasons.

No further payments will be issued in accordance with our terms and conditions nor can we provide any further information.

Please do not register any further new accounts as they will likewise be closed.

Well, I want to ask you one thing though, the e-mail I registered to Exo is different from my Paypal address, is it the same as your case? It just popped into my mind. I mean what security reason could it be.

Oh, well. That was the only reason I could think of. And well, no more ExoClick.

 

Well, i do love when they send an email like that and say they cannot give more information. They surely can give more information, they just don't want to. Now, a company like exoclick wouldn't do this with no good reason.

I confirm it, this ads network is a scame in Europe. When you earn with them, they don't want to pay, and block your account without any raison (or with there raison)

Exoclick has reason to ban accounts... I can see that in my referral stats is number of active referrals sometimes decreasing and earnings are lost so there are new cheaters banned all the time.

 

ExoClick is one of the best ad networks, they are trust ad network.

i am also banned.i use exoclick for about 2-3 months,recived first payment and after some time got banned.support says i have "non-organic taffic" wtf
i not click on my ads,force visiotor to click ads or simmilar ,i put 2 banners and also use popunder ads.

 

I'm interested to learn more about the security reasons because that is such a vague reason.

i dont use any traffic exchangers or force visitors to click my ads
Just want accunt back because they have much better banners than other Adsense alternatives.

 

Your traffic must not be working good for them, otherwise I see no reason for blocking your account, well and they already said you are permanently blocked, so you should start looking for other options

 

you have to contact them for payment and still they not reply at all .
12april was the payment date i contacted them and no response no payment done.
19april no payment done . today i have contact them and they are feel like a scam network my 75 euro in a bind.
also you can't remove their ads if you wish to receive money . their woot rating is down.

 

I've been using ExoClick for years and they have payed me every week, I haven't had any problems with them since I started.

ExoClick also stands for 1/4 of my total revenue.

 

I dont suggest exoclick to anyone. I try this ad network for some days and when date of payment come they blocked my account "and say that my traffic is not organic". I have 1000% organic traffic, but they don't want to pay some publishers that make much money. They pay only these publishers that make only few cents/daily. 3-4 days ago I aproved my site in Exoclick and there was not any problem with my traffic, even if I had 2 weeks that work with them.
In short, I don't suggest exoclick to anyone who dont want to waste time with fake ad networks.
