Existing Layout Into CCS/XHTML ?

    im wondering if anyone could change my existing layout (tables/html) and change it into css, this is only required for one page.

    i can do it from 60-80 bucks, depends how complex it is. the price is workable, if ur budget is below that im sure we can work it out, i only accept paypal payments, ill send u a pm.
