Exchanging ratings is forbidden by the Squidoo Terms and Conditions, and it could get your account banned (see FAQ). It is also a futile exercise that does not bring valuable traffic to your lens. You would do better asking for a critique of your lens, and how you can improve it. If you lens is good, then you will get some honest ratings. If you lens is not quite good enough, then you will get help and advice to make it better. Win-Win.
i believe Cryogenius is a well reputed squidoo member and he is right! askfor a critique.. a feedback instead of false ratings and comments! it will help you alot; in this way you will know what you should actually do to make it better! cheers
