However, the proper amount of vitamins and minerals should also be included when thinking about what constitutes a healthy diet.

    Hello friend,
    You have given good tips, but I have some more queries like
    What should be the timing of our exercise?
    Should we use any instrument also for proper shaping of our body?
    I am fond of eating especially the American food like pizzas,burger etc ;).So doing dieting is necessary or if we do regular exercise only,even then we can remain fit...
    Exercise should be done under professional, otherwise it can deform your body shape...
