Hey guys, I jst wantd to share this with u. I used to b a chain smoker.. n i never intened to quite smoking.. but i also had this urge to body build. I started excersing couplea days back.. n guess what.. I cant evn smoke half a cig... feels like vomiting after i smoke. So to all d gals n guys.. if u wana quit smoking.. jst start exercising
That's a good tip and I'm sure there is some truth to it. I hope it continues to work for you and you never go back to smoking again.
