Execute Permission denied for httpsd in AIX

    $ sudo ./apachectl startnossl
    /home/apache/apache1.3/bin/apachectl: /home/vekatara/apache/apache1.3/bin/httpsd: 0403-006 Execute permission denied.
    /home/apache/apache1.3/bin/apachectl startnossl: httpd could not be started

    Even I have given 777 privilige to the file and tried and it gives the same error.
