Excuse my ignorance, but how do I...

You see, I'm not really too bank savvy or anything like that, but how would I be able to access my bank account for statements and such? Could I do it from the convenience of online? (I just opened one up today)

Your bank should have a website, and you should be able to get access through there.

I tried logging in, but it asks for a "Customer ID" - the only two pieces of information I have are the routing number, and of course the account number. Is there something I perhaps may be missing?

Perhaps you need to obtain the Customer ID from the bank first.

You should contact the bank and ask them for directions. They may have to set you up to be able get access.

But your "Customer ID" might possibly be your account number.

Is it an issue if the bank account name differs from that of the PayPal account name?

You probably have to create an account through your banks website

I tried - but it asks for an "ATM Card Number". What is this about?

Call your bank and ask for assistance.

You will not solve this problem if you just keep on guessing things.

If you tell us which bank, I'm sure someone can point you in the right direction...

We'll need to know your name, social security number and your bank account number...:rolleyes:

didn't you ask when you opened the account??? :p

you probably have to create a profile online and then you should be able to access all that stuff ;)

call them if you are unsure!
