Are you sure you have not been banned from their network or something. This can happen if you break their rules, but then again it can also happen by mistake or inactivity.

Give them a few days to contact you... if no response, i'd say something is fishy. Try joining a network with nothing but good reviews...
my account is working now , but when i see support online , i have Pm him , but he never replay to me.
