it is not really difficult to find available dot com domain with just one term between high cpc or local monthly exact search, the difficult is find the available dot com domain with both terms.
not true,high search is not just only for adsense but can also for e-book sales?, product sales? or CPA lead? and the High CPC will definitely bring u a very profitable income although it is not high traffic BUT i am talking .Com so it can almost do nothing and rank in first spot(#1,#2,#3). it is value actually.
