how can i tell the difference of do follow or no follow forum

 

Go to a thread that has a signature with a link in it and view the page source (in Firefox: View--->Page Source). Search for "nofollow", and if you don't find it next to the link, then the forum is dofollow.

 

Thanks for your list. I think every comments you posting on do-follow blogs are considered as a backlink from that site.

I can not access this list it seems to be by invite only. When I go to the site this is what I get.
