Thanks for working on the list. In the article you emntioned the increase in PR via the forum posts. I think these types of links would be better geared towards helping you in the SERPs and not actually helping your PR. Still some value plus you'll likely learn something from the various forums.

 

Although the homepages have high PR, the PR is very diluted by the time it reaches the actual forum pages.
