I was about to send payment but then found out that this site was previously sold on Flippa 2 weeks ago for $500.
I checked WHOIS though and the site did not change ownership.
The seller on Flippa still owns the site and has been suspended as a result of the sale.

@arichatz - I have canceled your bid so don't worry. About Flippa sale, I already PMed another participant in the auction earlier. The winner at flippa didn't make payment and I didn't pay the success fee, within this, the account was suspended. Now I am having double loss as selling the site cheaper here and also have to pay success fee at flippa. Anyway, let me know if you have anything else to know. thanks
