Excluding posts from RSS feed in WP

Hi there, does anyone know of a plugin that can hide or exclude specific posts from appearing in a RSS feed in WordPress?

 

There is this one, but you have to add a custom field to each post.

There are a few plugins that make it easy to exclude categories, but I don't know of one for individual posts.

 

I don't mind adding a custom field for each post, I prefer that way actually. I know of the plugins that can exclude categories, but I am not interested in those. I will check out the plugin you have mentioned, thanks!
