Excluding Google's Parked Domain and Error page sites?

Hey, I was just wondering if it is possible to exclude google's parked domain websites and error pages when you are advertising on the content network.

I'm getting a poor ROI from them and it's killing my campaign. The reports just say "Domain Ads" and "Error Page Ads" so there is no URL that I can put into the excluded sites thing.

I sent an email to them about it, but I just got a canned answer that sounds like its not possible.

Here is the email:

ROI on your ads, which are appearing on parked domain sites(Domain ads and
Error page ads) in Google's AdSense for domains program. A parked domain
site is an undeveloped webpage belonging to a domain name registrar or
domain name holder. Depending on the design of the site, a parked domain
site will be classified as either a search site or a content site.
Therefore, your ads may show on parked domain sites if your campaign is
opted in to the search or content networks. Please note that to stop your
ads from showing on parked domain sites, you will have to opt out of the
search or content network depending on the nature of the parked domain
site.

Our AdSense for domains program places targeted AdWords ads on
parked domain sites that are part of the Google Network. Users are
brought to parked domain sites when they enter the URL of an undeveloped
webpage in a browser's address bar. Previously, parked domain sites were
blank pages,
which means that users brought to one of these sites had to renew their
search query.

Now, parked domain sites offer users ads that are relevant to their
search query. In addition, some parked domain sites include a search box,
which allows users to further refine their search.

Please be assured that parked domain sites are included in the Google
Network because of the value they add to both users and advertisers. When
your ads appear on parked domain sites, you reach users who are actively
searching on terms related to your business. Our internal data show that
parked domain sites typically convert at rates equal to that of search and
content pages.
