Is there any way to exclude the Supplemental results from the Digital Point site search script. Cause i have the site search working on a site but when its doing searches its bringing up pages which do not exist but are still archived as Supplemental Results in Google's serps. Any help would be appreciated. -Dan
No, because it's based on the Google index. But you can get your page(s) removed from the Google index over here: http://services.google.com/urlconsole/controller
As far as I know URL removal system at http://services.google.com/urlconsole/controller will cause a temporary, six months, removal of your page(s) from the Google index. Barry (aka Rusty Brick of http://www.seroundtable.com) has written a great article Ideas on Washing Out Supplemental Results which you can read at http://www.seroundtable.com/archives/002722.html
Yep... but if the pages don't exist anymore (and aren't coming back) a 6 month removal of those pages should be fine.
