Exciting New Project - Quote Wanted

Hello,
I am looking for experienced programmers to work on an exciting new kind of music site.
I am only looking for quotes at the moment so I can build a list of costs etc, but anyone that gives a quote with the required experience will be considered for the job.

Skills required:
The ability to write software for windows and mac that can interface with the main site.
The ability to write the main site in clean, professional and efficient code.
Extensive experience in building large member based websites.
5+ years experience preferably.
Viewable portfolio required.

Coder must not be located in India or China.

MSN is required, as is the ability to sign an NDA (by hand).
