Pixobox: Can I say you just raised the bar to another level! Wow. Without going overboard I'd have to say that is the most original stand out design by far at this stage. Whilst the red would have to be BLUE to blend in with my site its obviously a very minor component in the overall design. Love it.
Jeezy: Not quite what I am after but good effort in any case. I am really after a logo on the left hand side that represents a global financial opportunity/product. Also please keep in mind that the background this logo will be placed on is orange, so orange text won't go too well. My preferred colors are the orange on the site and the logo blue/white/grey/black combinations. Ie Blue and white or Blue and Grey or Blue and black.
Salesman: Colors aren't what I am after, more blue but that design is a little too close to what I currently have. The looping discs don't really jump out and say financial markets or stock market success in my mind. Thanks for the effort.
Pixobox: Great. I do have one small reservation. Your logo looks fantastic at the current size JPEG, however I imagine that once its shrunken down to the right size the thin font used may not be clear enough. Whilst I love both fonts used at the moment (especially CFDs), is it possible to slightly 'fatten' the Learn and .com and Leveraged Stock Market Opportunties? Another very small point: Can you reduce the reflection so .com doesn't look like .cow in the reflection? I know it seems minor and a bit funny but .cow isn't what I want to associate with my product. LOL. I am still waiting on my business partner's decision on which one he likes but at present I'd say you are winning on originality and design aspects showing professionalism. Lizzy: Thanks. Looking forward to your new design. New $$ update: I have asked my partner if we can award $10 for 2nd and $5 for 3rd as we are both very impressed with everyone's efforts and continually updates when asked. Thanks again.
Firstly WOW. Lizzy: Its definitely come down to globe and the 4 currency pairs for the logo. That seems to fit the mould better than anything else and hits the mark with what CFD Trading represents. That means the gold bullion images are no good now. Of the globes you have used I prefer the 3rd one from your 2nd last post. My preference for text on your ideas is black Learn and Blue CFDs. Joko: Spot on. That's pretty much what I asked for. My personal preference at this point in time is.. Pixobox's logo is more corporate that the others at this stage but its literally neck and neck. Pixobox and all: One other suggestion is I'd like to have .com written vertically up to the height of the L in Learn. As a whole the .com should be a small component of the overall logo as its not critical. Having seen the results I wanted to update the size of this logo. It can now be up to 440 * 100. I had no idea how good your designs would be and having seen your ideas I'd like to feature one of these logo's more prominantly that what I first thought.
So you like this one: And just want to edit the text: Learn Black and CFDS blue?! And do you want the currencies on it or the gold bullions? BTW I made one 1 day ago with the diagramm maybe you like it?!
Lizzy: You are like a designer on go-go juice. I'm thinking you are always on the move and very energetic. Your enthusiasm is inspiring. Gold bullion out, that globe featured is best. Learn Black. CFDs Blue. New logo with bars going up is not on the mark unfortunately.
Sapiraz: Logo is too understated especially with the graph hiding most of the globe. Joko: Ask and ye shall receive and you have delivered. I can't think of any revisions for your design so no need for you to make any other updates unless you get a blinding flash of brilliance you think would add some other touch no-one else has thought of. Lizzy: Nice update. Whilst I prefer the 1st effort the reflection is too big, reduce that a little and I think it would work. One suggestion would be to have the currency symbols at a 45 degree angle starting lower left and moving to upper right on the globe? That could work. Having a minor glow effect on the currency symbols could produce a good effect as well. Pixobox: Thanks for the update. Between fat and thin fonts you don't need to post any other updates either as I get the idea of what you are doing and I'm sure if you are the winner a small adjustment wouldn't be out of the question. To date yours represents the most corporate of the logo's.
