Just for you to know, my main keyword is now 3rd on MSN and moving up every week on Google and Yahoo. 3rd of 19,616,127 pages....

    I went from N/A to 170 to 50 to 20 to 3rd... Am I excited? hum.... :D

Wow, I couldn't believe it... 3rd wow... hahahaha 3rd.... sweet...

This is happening because I belong here, reading, asking, following, making mistakes and darn it works :D still a lot of work to do but I'm so happy.

    THANK YOU ALL OF YOU!

Yeah, I just realised I have #3 in MSN.com and #1 in MSN.ca for the term "Home Insurance"...

You'll find that the more you work with it, the more you realise that MSN search is a bit of a joke just because of the complete lack of traffic that it delivers.

I guess it all depends on what term you rank high for. I floated between position 8 and 1 for "free music" for about a month on MSN. Generally MSN sent me 400-600 uniques per day. I only held the number 1 position for a day, and the MSN uniques jumped to about 1000 for that one day. Mind you, MSN currently shows about 212 million results for "free music". So, it's a pretty active phrase ;) The other nice thing I noticed, was that the MSN searchers just love clicking on adsense ads. If it didn't violate TOS, I'd love to brag about my ctr from MSN users . . . but most probably wouldn't believe me anyway.

I don't get almost no traffic from MSN. They realy need to rethink about their search engine strategy.

I get sometraffic from MSM since I'm #3, not billions of visitors a day for sure. For the same keyword I'm 25 with yahoo and 153 with google...

I got yesterday another keyword #1 on MSN and still not visible on google. Do you think it's due to the sandbox effect?

Currently msn is a joke compared to google or yahoo but i am still looking for ways to optimised my site for msn.
Why? i believe bill gates would also like to get a big chuck of search engine pie and given the leverage he has with windows, it's a matter of time ...

( not that i like him or microsoft)

    Who searches for "adsense"?

I also think that it won't be too long before Gates makes a move and we see more traffic from MSN.

Anybody searching for a service provider like advertisement writing may search . But I doubt searching on MSN for that . You are right about the move . I recently read somewhere that $100million is spent on development .May be in some newsletter.
