Does anyone know where I can see search volumes for particular keywords on excite.co.uk

And does anyone have any comments on this search engine.

I liked Excite before. Haven't used them in a while. Not .co.uk though, .com.

It is a nice PR7 site, but I do not think it has the volume it used to. It is being powered by Ask which has just a small percentage of the market itself. I would assume that excite.co.uk has less than 1% market share.

I didn't think there was any real need to think about Excite as a search engine until you get yourself into the top three SEs.

Unless of course this is for research!

    Related to the same question...

I have a travel site that rates highly in google (result no 2) for a certain phrase and nowhere in excite.co.uk.

They just rang asking if I wanted to pay £500 per year for a banner ad and skyscraper ad that will always appear on the results when the phrase is searched for.

Any suggestions how I can decide whether it's worth it without any idea of traffic volumes?
