Well I am definitely not asking for an exchange, I respect the Rules.

I just wanted to ask now that DP has banned exchanges, what do members use to transfer money now? I am more of interested in some reliable web service than Online People. I am interested in making an exchange, and I found a few Websites for that, but I am not sure if they are reliable.

Please I am not asking for Offers by People here, I am just asking the method they use now. So don't Post your offers, like I can do that for you. I bear no responsibility to those kinda Posts.

If you're using Paypal then you can easily transfer to your bank or if you're outside those certain countries use VISA card to withdraw your money. Many countries have their own forums where people wants to buy your online money.. No problem :)

The first thing is that if you read Paypal's and Moneybooker's terms, you will know that it is against their TOS to do money exchanges with those accounts. So that means you cannot do it without breaking your contractual agreement with them.

Secondly, a number of money exchanges which used to happened here results in fraud and gullible people who does the exchanges end up being poorly. The typical con is someone offering to exchange Paypal funds for egold funds. As you know with egold exchanges are irreversible and the sender has totally no recourse while with Paypal, money exchanges are prohibited and customers can dispute the transaction.

Here is how the con works, someone offers to exchange their Paypal funds for egold. To make the con looks genuine, the one with the paypal funds even go ahead to initiate the transfer of their paypal funds before receiving the egold. The one with the egold sees the paypal funds and go ahead and transfer the egold. After the egold funds are transferred, the con artist would then raise a dispute for the paypal funds and give some sob story and as money exchanges are prohibited, they will get their money back. Now the one who transfered the egold would have a hole in his egold and paypal account. Since egold does not offer any recourse, there is no way to getting back the egold.

What you do is withdraw the Paypal funds into your bank account and then upload the money from your bank account or credit card to your moneybookers account. That pretty much is the only way to go.

Exchanging eGold and LR e-currencies are not illegal right?

Of course, not on this board "openly," as they disallow this kind of exchanging activity in general.

Anyways, thru the request of a friend, I have been "communicating" with namemeone since yesterday. He seems to be a nice gentleman, and willing to help. Let's see how it turns out.

Why don't you withdraw the paypal funds to your bank account or credit card and then transfer that money to your payoneer card. Those options are perfectly legal and it works. As long as you are from a paypal approved country which allows receiving money, you should have some option to withdraw your money.

FYI,you're outdated in exchanging virtual currency.i alway think a method to prevent any disadvantages taken against me.
i alway ask the paypal fund sender to send his paypal fund to my paypal account first. Then after 20 hour, the sender open an dispute claiming item not received. After another 20 hour, the sender close the dispute by the reason had received the item in good condition. After 20 hour,i will sent the egold to the paypal sender.
