Hi I have a small doubt ! i want to know if it's allowed to use exchange visit program with showing google ads . I see many site specially arcade site who runing banner exchange program and adsense ad. They say it's a targeted traffic and it's not a paid to surf or click program . can anyone give as a clair answer Please ! regards.
