I am eagerly awaiting for my cashout as well.

 

Ya... Its already Feb. 11 and the points are still in my account and no money in my paypal. I think its safe to say we all got scammed and he isnt going to pay us.

 

Has anyone actually got payment and where is the proof?

 

I'll try this out for all DT members and see whether the claim made by them are true or not. Keep looking for my posts. Just sign up and I'm already with some 200+ points.

Hello,

some friends and I completed our offer/s sucessfully "before" the request date and noone of us got paid until now.

As you can see in the picture below i have 21515 points (=$215,15) and i completed 1 offer.
My points are still in my account and i have not received a single cent yet.






Here is another proof from a friend. He has also not received his payment




I have some more friends and know more people who are still waiting and i cannot find a single payment proof until today.
I have my doubts that this site pays.

Interesting, I haven't been getting email notifications for this thread until asfandmudassir replied just then. We sent out payments on February 10 for all users who earned OVER the $5.00 minimum
which would explain why some of you are complaining about not getting paid. As for some other users, let me be clear there was not enough opportunities for users to earn $215 last month, there just simply wasn't enough websites to view. We've been checking out some of the traffic sent to our website through the referral system and so many users have been using proxies and traffic boosting software, not cool guys. We're about to change the system so you only get paid per signup, it's not fair on us when people try to cheat our system.

As for response times, we currently estimate 5 working days for a reply to your email so please be patient, I can work with some users who want support via AIM (add me on SamMaxPay).

Please don't judge us so early, this was our first payment day and we had grown way beyond what we had estimated during January.

I have the same case as asfandmudassir, I visited the website every day to earn coins, and did not receive payment. I even made many surveys to ensure my payment.

I'm beginning to notice a trend, you see once you added your email into the text field and clicked submit you had to complete a survey, once it validated the redirect on the survey was a postback URL which sent the email to our database. Some other users who complained of non-payment had given INVALID or FAKE information when completing the offers which meant although the offer validated it may not have counted on our end because we did not receive payment for it.

 

I messaged you guys asking if my survey was "completed" and if you received my paypal email on February 1st or 2nd, and you said if it says completed offer, then you have it. But I haven't been paid? And my "survey" didn't require an email, it was just a download of the game Frogger, which restarted my browser immediately after installation. That's why I emailed you in the first place...

it's a pity that i have to come here again and to spend my valuable to time to defend myself as a honest member and user of Exchangebucks.com.

Firstly: I'm in the PaidToClick/GetPaidTo scene since 6 years, i used more than 1,100 different sites and i got only 2 times suspended.
The reason why i got suspended on these 2 sites were that i told the truth. One of them is still a suspicious BUX site the other one vanished and scammed hundreds of people.
I'm well known in the scene and i run a quite successful site. I'm also known for my honesty and generosity because i help members to earn more and i help admins to improve their sites. Until now everyone of them thanked me for this.

It is clear that you meant me with your statement and maybe i need to remind you of our discussions vie email.
We exchanged 10-12 emails and i helped you, i suggested some things and you thanked me.
You said also that you will improve some things in February but after a while i noticed that you don't act according your own terms and that you took an excuse (losing database) to implement the Survey feature to force your members to finish the survey to get paid.
Until now i still cannot find any payment proof here.

Anyway... the more important thing is that i have to reply to your accusations that i am a cheater and that i used proxies and traffic boosting software.
This is in fact not true! It is also not true that it is not possible to earn $215 per month.
I told you this and you said that you will adjust the PTP (PaidToPromote) rate in february. This has not happend.
Honestly? Nothing has happend on your site. Not a single one of your promises came true. Not to say that you haven't paid a single member.
To make it clear: It is still very easy to "earn" more than $500 per month with your PTP and SignUp Bonus you give.

Another feature on your site is the 50 coins SignUp Bonus which we members get for every referral we bring to your site.

I bought PaidToRead Ads to get some referrals and as you can see in the picture below my reflink got more than 1,000 unique hits.



While my ads were running i monitored your site very closely and i saw that you got more and more members.
I don't know how many referrals i have because your site is not very transparent. The script offers a referral overview but you have not implemented it.
You also promised that you will send out emails at the beginning of each month with our reflink hits and signups. No email was sent from you.
I can only guess that i got 20-40 referrals. This are 1,500 more points.

The next thing is: Actually you have 100 sites in the autosurf. Each is 5 coins worth. Means: Daily 500 coins only with the autosurf.
It was easy to earn a few hundred coins per day with autosurf, social bookmarks and the 20-30 youtube videos (10 coins each).

And btw: This is only one example with EarnEasyCash. I bought adverts on several sites. More screenshots needed? No problem. Simply ask.

Well, to make it clear: I did nothing wrong.
I delivered 20,000 - 30,000 unique hits to your website. I delivered 20-40 new members to your site.
I was always logged in in my social network accounts when i rated and thumbed a channel up or when i watched a video.
I was every day active and i played according to your terms.
I also finished the survey according the needs and i am still waiting for my money.
I also helped you and suggested you things how you can improve your site. I also requested your site to be reviewed by the most famous investigation site on the net.
And what are you doing my dear admin? Is this the price i have to pay?

This is not a fair game. You are playing a false game here and you know this.
Let me tell you that you should be really careful what you say and to whom you talk by making such accusations.
This will all come back to you and your reputation, but i will give you not a single chance to harm MY reputation.

So, i suggest you to appologize and to play according your own terms and rules.
I suggest you to pay ALL your members who played fair here. I know 2-3 more people who did also nothing wrong. They also bought some adverts to benefit from your unsustainable PTP system but it is not their fault if you are not able to do some simple math.

I'm now out of here. I have said everything i needed. If you don't pay me and my friends then i will spread the word and declare your site as SCAM.

Don't expect another answer from me.
The only reply you might get is a letter from my lawyer who helped me the last years to close sites like yours and to take legal measures against such defrauders and scammers like you are.

Hi Martin,

First all of let me be clear; we haven't scammed any users, no-one on our site had to pay to use our services. Neither have we mislead any users, however I will be the first to admit we made a mistake.

Our website was setup to make a profit, we failed by offering amounts which were too high. Our deepest apologies are sent out to users who have put work into earning coins that we are unable to send them.

I am a decent man, I do not lie and I did not purposely create this situation (no-one would just 4 weeks after their site opened).

This morning I have sent out small payment to users.

In regards to legal action, we have not committed any crime, you see us as a bux website which we are not! Do not try and scare us with false legal threats, it won't work.

I'm willing to continue paying out users while we close the site and make some changes over the next few weeks so we can open it up again as a legitimate site, we're very sorry the inconvenience.

We run many other sites which are profitable and legitimate.
