    I am running a webmaster forum with Namecheap hosting, I don't see any problem with them. Speed is perfect.

    May be if you decide to switch you should consider them?

    Try to use VPS or dedicated server with nginx server software - that will allow you to have really huge forums with huge traffic and small memory and CPU usage. You may also find some shared hosting with this server.
