Selling Exceptional LP DESIGN Site - Makes over $1000 a month!

Firstly, this site has been my life for the the past 2 years. The only reason I am looking at selling it is because I am in my final year of varsity, and the workload is unbelievable insane

Brief history: I started off designing custom landing pages for clients. I have an existing client base as well as new ones in need of a design..

Then.. in December last year I went into designing Landing Page Packs. The concept is simple: Sell landing page templates in packs of 18, that cover a variety of niches. These packs sold well. In December I made over $1200. Truth be told, all of the sales only came from only 3 forums (where i marketed the packs) so the potential is insane! I mean, if you are great at marketing, then this website (along with its templates) could make you so much money its just not funny.

I only have 2 landing page packs up at the moment. The nice thing is, that I would work hard in the beginning, and then sit back and watch the cash come in passively as people started buying the packs.

My expenses were quite minimal, as i just had to pay for hosting, and the coding of the landing pages. (I designed the PSD's). As mentioned earlier, I am selling this website not because it is making no money, but because I do not have the time to do this kind of business anymore. This website is great for someone who likes to manage people, as you will be managing your designer and your coder.

To sum it up, if you are great at managing and marketing, then site can make you a fortune! And it goes without saying, you have a mailing list and/or get serious amounts of traffic to your existing site, then that too will aid in you making a killing.
