ExcellentGuide.Com Scam?

    Hi,

While i think excellentguide.com is an excellent directory, i am very very disappointed. we paid for a review $24 and got accepted with no problem.

However 2 months later we paid $74 for the express review so our links could be included on the relative category as per our competetor, however i am very disappointed that after 2.5 months to be exact I am unable to recieve any response.

I also tried messaging "checkranking" on pm, who is the owner of the directory however no response.

I also mailed and their parent company.

While I like the directory and love what they have done, i am severely disappointed at no replies to my email. All my RECENT emails have bounced.

I don't have any malign intent to hurt the reputation of this directory, nor do i have anything personal, i am just asking for some thing i paid for.

Has any one else expereinced this?

Everything would be normal if we are normally included in the directory relevant pages (what we have paid for)

Our site is clean site, and ranks on top 10 for all are major keywords, its very user friendly and was listed in excellentguide.com for $24, but the later payment of $79 seems to have been ignored.

I humbly request my fellow members and the owner to please help me, because i`m starting to think a scam might be going on, which i would hate to think because it is such superior content directory.

    Thanks

I am little bit confused. It does not matter how much you pay, but every directory - if approves should list you in the most relevant category.

Or are you asking for Featued/Highlighted listing?

Have you searched the directory and checked the current status of your listing?

Whats wrong with posting email ? On their website itself they use no protection and anyone can copy and paste easily the email address !!
If they had some sort of email scan protection maybe image based etc, it might not be wise to post the email here, but i see why not in this case ? Maybe u can help me understand what you meant by the comment ?
    Cheers

Why would someone come forward if someone posts something on DP? Email is the way to approach this situation, if that does not work, well i doubt there are any other means available , maybe phone call if there is a number ?

And how do we know if he even comes here to this section? Did anyone drop him/her a pm or email via dp ?

If someone creates a thread about my site on some forum out there (boy there must be zillions of them right now) , how would i know even if i was member of one of those forums ? :p
