As you can see, it's excellent SEO wise due to the keywords order and It can be positioned quite easily to both keywords, and of course to a more complex search.

For example: A "Video editing tutorial" blog can be hosted on:

You can imagine then how great is that SEO wise and how easily you'll attract visits by generating a blog like that with just a little content of the subject. You could also generate the same concept with document, photoshop, movie, photo.editingturorial.com.

Just search for those keywords on google and you'll see what I mean.

How do you monetize this domain?, is up to you to find out your best way to capitalize the natural traffic you'll get. What I'd do though is generate a base blog with multiple categories (video, movie, photo, photoshop, etc..) and each category hosted on a different subdomain (for example: video.editingtutorial.com). Each subdomain with a specific -subject related- theme and of course content, hopefully unique, and more advanced tutorials accessible using CPA.

Anyways, it's up to you!.
Currently I've installed a Wordpress blog with the above configuration (categories on subdomains, different theme per subdomain, etc... with a single wordpress installation; just plugins).
