Hello im looking to sell my partly active and very well established almost 6 year old teen forum.

The forum was started in 2006 by myself, at that stage i didn't know much about seo or vbulletin etc, so it was a very slow first few years.
By 2009 i finally got off my ass and did some, learning seo and backlinking to give the forum a PR4 and 2nd page of google for its main keywords.
By 2012 my teen forum is now on page(1) of google.com, yahoo, bing etc for search words teen forum, teenage forums & teen forums as well as countless other great long tail keywords. Over the last few months i decided to upgrade to vbulletin 4, so the forum has had a lot of down time, meaning a drop of earning and for some reason the domain is now PR2. But the forum is now good as gold and ready to blast back up.
From the upgrade, we lost all members pics from albums etc, which sucked big time! Those pics made the forum complete.

Posts lost: 240,000, from a pruning mod at vbulletin.org which really pissed me off.
The on page SEO is great and has plenty of backlinks.

Current Income
The site currently uses Google Adsense for monetisation and it does need work in that area in terms of ad placement.
Usually each month the forum will make $20 to $40, but unfortunately because of down time upgrading to VB4, last month was only $11.91, with 1 468x60 ad in the header, Today so far: $1.42. Also you will earn sales for others ads from contact us. I have made well over $1,000's since adding Adsense and Sales over a year.

Traffic Statistics
Unfortunately i only added Google Analytics in Jan-2012 when the forum had its most down time ever, the forum use to range at 500 to 1000 visits a day in 2009,2010 to start of 2011. I made to many changes and had to much downtime over the last 6 months which, thats when visits dropped. Was currently running extremetracking at that time to check stats. 131,000 results on google.com. 115 results au.yahoo.com. 1,220 results Bing. 23 pages on ask.com. plus all the rest of the search engines.
Most visited Countries: United States, Australia, United Kingdom, Canada, India = Top.5.
Registrations average daily 120. Member logins average 130-229 daily. Posts can range from 30 to a good day 500+ daily. NOT active but theres always someone posting. Analytics will show the ups and downs of forum offline etc. If you were to buy the site, major differences when left alone!
