    Great site, with good organic SE Traffic. Well known and respected in the industry.

    Description:
    Welcome to this auction you are bidding on a very attractive Leather & Jewellery site.

    Aimed at Gothic & Heavy metal lifestyles. We have gradually established ourselves as a popular and well know site in this industry.

    The products have an excellent mark-up and there are many 1000's more to list if the buyer so chooses. This is an excellent opportunity for the right buyer as this is a very profitable niche.

    The sale comes with a list of 5 top class suppliers, 2 of which are extremely hard to find.

    The site has been heavily modified with Oscommerce contributions for easy of use and to make the site SE friendly. The site has a PR2 at the moment. The site is fully SSL secured once logged in.

    The logo was professionally designed by a company in London at a cost of 500.

    I have put a lot of time and work into this site, but I've no choice other than to sell.

    Reason for Selling:
    We have other business interests, plus we will be building in the Summer, I just won't have time to run it.

    Revenue Details:
    Up until 3 weeks ago all the revenue came directly from sales.

    We added adsense about 3 weeks back for the first time. See attachemnt for details.

    Traffic Details:
    All traffic from the last 2 months is organic about 80-100 visitors aday.
    Before that it was over 200 visitors aday, this included using adwords. cost of that was about $3 a day.

    We havent really pushed this site over the last few months, not had the time to be honest. But with some marketing it can be an excellent money maker.
